01/02/2010   Public information event in Waltham Chase

Shedfield Parish Council, Winchester City Council and Community Action Hampshire are holding a public information event for a proposed scheme in Waltham Chase which could see 20 affordable homes for local people to rent and part buy. The homes will be owned and managed by HydeMartlet.

If you live in or have a connection to the Shedfield parish area (which includes Waltham Chase, Shedfield and Shirrell Heath) and you are in housing need, you may be eligible for one of the new homes. To learn more, please come along to the event, which takes place at Waltham Chase Methodist Hall on Thursday 9 February from 4pm until 7pm.

You will also be able to learn more about shared equity buying or renting from HydeMartlet. Representatives from Homes in Hants, Winchester City Council and Community Action Hampshire will be there to give more information and details of how to apply.
