A grant of £15,000 which HARAH successfully bid for 12 months ago has paid for us to receive specialist support from CABE.

On 11 July 2011, on the first day of the National Housing Federation’s Rural Housing Week, HARAH officers met to progress a Rural Design Guide to be used across the HARAH area.

A Rural Housing Advisory Group Conference held in Winchester on 16 September and attended by Councillors and rural practitioners from all over England and Wales was sponsored by HARAH.

HARAH is organising events as part of the National Housing Federation's Rural Housing Week, 11-17 July 2011. The purpose of the week is to highlight the importance of affordable housing in helping to keep villages vibrant and sustainable.
